One important item to note, the application refers to financial statements issued in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP). However, if you do not usually issue financials in accordance with GAAP you are not required to do so for purposes of this application.
Same for audited/reviewed financials, if you do not typically have an audit or review, financial statements prepared for preparation of the tax return can be used in their place.
