SBA GUIDELINES

Pursuant to the U.S. Small Business Customer Service Center, businesses can apply for both the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) and Economic Injury Disaster Loan, (EIDL), however, the PPP and EIDL funds cannot be used for the same purpose.
Borrowers receiving both PPP and EIDL funds should maintain documentation regarding the use of the funds for each program.
